Service Description

Probably the most relaxing class out of everything that I have to offer. In Yoga Nidra you lie down on the ground, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes and listen for about an hour. The session generally starts with relaxation, rotation of consciousness, breath awareness and then moves into a series of guided visualisations. An absolute must try if you wish to dive deeper into your Yoga practice and come a step closer towards controlling the fluctuations of Your mind.
