Bhairava Yoga and Movement is a hybrid form of training that is inspired by over 13 years of study and practice of multiple movement disciplines including Yoga, Mobility training, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Kettlebell and Clubbell strength training. Aleksei is a Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, IKFF Lv1 Kettlebell Coach, IDKBC Master Kettlebell Coach and a NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer who is passionate about coaching this style of training that promotes a healthy lifestyle and longevity of the body. Aleksei is based out of London, UK where he teaches at multiple gyms and established yoga studios.
